Separate from the official evaluations done by secret shoppers, the consultations can also include:
- Walk-throughs of the facility alone or with your leadership team, to observe strengths and deficiencies
- Going through your orientation/onboarding process to determine how it can be enhanced to set your associates and company up for success.
- Conducting “known” evaluations where we stay in your hotel, dine at your restaurant, or come through your business as a prospective customer
- Assisting in the setting up of training programs and Standards of Performance manuals and training checklists for business openings or re-setting.
